Dispute Resolution
At Martin Family Law Firm we help you resolve your disputes amicably, economically, and successfully. To learn more about the specific types of dispute resolution methods, please choose from the following list.
Mediation
A proven successful way to resolve problems involving one professional mediator working with the two disputing parties to resolve the matter. Choosing mediation does not preclude your right to later litigate the matter if mediation fails.
Collaboration
An alternative to mediation where each party has their own representative. However, unlike litigation, the two groups work together to find a cooperative solution outside of the courtroom. Like mediation, choosing collaboration does not preclude your right to later litigate the matter if the collaborative process fails.
At Martin Family Law Firm we do not charge for calls inquiring about mediation or collaboration.
